Co-designing healthy climate policies

The Co-Designing Healthier Climate Policies Toolkit project was a collaboration between WAGA, Department of Health and the University of Melbourne with funding from the VicHealth Impact Research Grant.

The Co-Designing Healthier Climate Policies Toolkit project brought together Victorian government and local government policymakers to better understand how climate change impacts health and how to improve health outcomes when developing climate and health-related policies and programs. The main project output was a toolkit of evidence-based resources that were designed to explain the interconnections between climate change and health, and how actions in policy and practice can improve health outcomes.
