Business Resilience

WAGA is undertaking a program to help businesses in the region save costs and energy, switch to renewable electricity and become resilient to climate change.

The aims of the program are:

  • A transition to 100% renewable energy and zero carbon in the WAGA region
  • Productive and profitable business communities
  • Strong supportive relationships between the WAGA councils and local businesses

As part of the program, WAGA is promoting councils’ own sustainable business initiatives and Victorian Government offers.
