The Sustainable Hour, a radio program on 94.7 The Pulse broadcasting from Geelong, interviewed Fran Macdoanld, the WAGA Coordinator on 11 February 2015.
The conversation was about the benefits that Low Carbon West is expected to bring the western region of Melbourne and, specifically, the role of Geelong. As Fran Macdonald pointed out, the City of Greater Geelong is actually leading the way in fostering a low carbon economy through its Future Proofing Geelong scheme. This will not only lead to reductions in greenhouse gas emissions but bring opportunities for local businesses and create jobs.
